These terms apply to redeemedcontracting.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

They are not a construction contract. If you hire us, the work is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you, covering scope, price, schedule and everything else. Nothing on this website changes or overrides that agreement, and nothing here is a substitute for it.

The pages on this site, including the investment guides and pricing information, describe typical ranges to help you plan. They are not a quote, an estimate, or an offer to perform work at a stated price.

Every project differs by condition, size, materials, access and what is discovered once work begins. A price for your project only exists once we have looked at it and put it in writing.

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, book a date, or oblige either of us to anything.

Please send accurate information. If you send photographs, you confirm they are yours to share, or that you have permission from whoever owns the property, and that they do not contain anything you would not want a contractor to see.

Do not send sensitive personal information through this form. It asks for a name, contact details and a description of your project, and nothing more is needed.

The text, photographs, layout and design of this site belong to Redeemed Contracting LLC unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use, including sending a link to somebody else.

Republishing our content as your own, or using our project photographs commercially, requires our written permission.

We keep this site current and accurate as best we can. Prices, product availability, building requirements and our own service area change over time, and a page may be out of date by the time you read it.

Please confirm anything you intend to rely on before acting on it. A phone call is the fastest way to do that.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

We do not guarantee the site will be available without interruption. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a problem with a service it depends on.

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or anything on it.

This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law, and it does not affect your rights under any contract we sign with you for actual work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
